Situation:

Upon logging into Webtrends, the following message displays:


"The license does not belong to this machine."

Situation:
You make an attempt to install a client component such as the Webtrends Report Exporter, but it is being blocked by a firewall.

Situation:

After deleting profiles and/or data sources in an attempt to recover licensed page views, the collected page view count remains the same.

Introduction:

The definitions of the terms collected page views, licensed page views, and analyzed page views are as follows:

Collected page views are the raw hit count from the log files that are processed.


Licensed page views are the total number of collected page views minus non-page view extensions (.gif;jpg;bmp;png;wbmp;jpeg;css;js;dtd;asmx;ascx).
